The hiring process was quite straightforward and moved quickly. It kicked off with a phone call from the recruiter. Following that, there was an at-home assignment that I had a couple of days to complete. Then, I had three 30-minute interviews with the hiring managers, all scheduled back-to-back. I got positive feedback from the recruiter right after the last interview, and the official offer came a few days later.

Behavioral Presentation

The process started with a recruiter call, then a sales manager interview, followed by three final round interviews. Two of these were sales manager behavioral interviews, and one was a mock call. It was a very professional and organized process with super clear expectations for each interview. The recruiter even offered prep calls to help with any questions and understanding each interview stage. They really want to see how you fit with their cultural values and how well you can research and qualify accounts.

I went through 3 rounds for this role. It included a mock call, two standard interviews, and I also had to do an account research paper and a mock cold email. Even though I thought I did great and the feedback indicated that, I wasn't hired because I missed a small detail during the mock call. Apparently, they are looking for candidates with years of experience in the industry.
