The interview process began with a recorded interview featuring four questions from Stride HR. Shortly after, I was contacted by Stride HR again to set up a Zoom interview with the virtual academy. The interviewers were a bit late, and the atmosphere felt off, which confirmed my worries from employee reviews about the environment. While the interview itself was polite, it was evident that neither side was particularly enthusiastic about proceeding. A couple of days later, I received the rejection I anticipated. The process was quick, but my personal experience felt like a waste of time.

Behavioral Technical

Had a 30-50 minute one-on-one virtual interview with the high school principal, conducted via HireVue. He asked about 4-5 questions regarding my background, how I engage students, develop curriculum, my experience with state testing, and PLCs. I asked them about their DMS and LMS, the typical school day schedule, class sizes, and the technology platforms they use.
