Sales Associate
Applied online and then got a call about a month later for an interview. It was right after New Years and the interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous but once she began asking me questions, I had forgotten my nervousness. After the interview, she told me to fill out a background check and told me I'll get a call from another store manager for another interview, but I never got one, so I'm guessing they got someone else.
- Can you multitask effectively?
- Are you able to admit when you've made a mistake?
- Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Sales Associate
I walked into the store and went to the back stock room to meet with the manager. We sat face to face and she asked me a bunch of questions, and that was the whole interview. She was really friendly and smiled a lot, which made me feel comfortable. The questions were mostly about my personality, the company's history, and kids. I didn't feel nervous at all during the interview.
- What do you know about Stride?
- What is your biggest challenge?
- Goals/Aspiration?
Sales Associate
I applied online a couple days before and then the manager called me asking if I could come in for an interview the next day, which I accepted. When I arrived, she interviewed me upfront and had me fill out a paper application. Then she asked me to talk about myself and my volunteer experience, and then she offered me the job. Later, when I called to ask about my start date, she told me she'd found someone more qualified.
- What do you know about feet?
