it was pretty easy to get through. the questions they asked were not hard and the general vibe of the interview was good. my advice to anyone else interviewing is to look up the shoe company’s history so you know some stuff about it. that will make the interview easier.

Applied online and then got a call about a month later for an interview. It was right after New Years and the interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous but once she began asking me questions, I had forgotten my nervousness. After the interview, she told me to fill out a background check and told me I'll get a call from another store manager for another interview, but I never got one, so I'm guessing they got someone else.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you multitask effectively?
  • Are you able to admit when you've made a mistake?
  • Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
