Interior Designer
It was a panel interview with about 2 to 5 people where you walked them through your portfolio. They asked a bunch of questions about my design process and style. Also asked about my current job and what I do.
- Can you elaborate on your design process?
- What would you say your design style is?
- Tell me about your portfolio.

Met with the Project director and Interiors Director. We talked about my past experience and the kinds of projects I've worked on. They asked about my specific skills and areas I'm looking to develop. Also discussed what I could contribute and my unique approach. They inquired about my proficiency with AutoCad/Revit for creating construction documents (CDs) and my experience with Photoshop/InDesign for presentations.
- Could you describe your typical project workflow?
- Tell me about your areas of expertise and your career development goals.
- What unique contributions can you make to our team?

The interview process was quick, which I appreciated! The people were very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. They were intrigued with my portfolio and were happy to hear what I had to say.
