HR reached out to set up a screening call. It ended up on the wrong day in her calendar, but we did connect and it went fine. Then, I had a Zoom chat with two of the hiring managers. They never got back to me after that, not even when I followed up a couple weeks later.

Met with the Project director and Interiors Director. We talked about my past experience and the kinds of projects I've worked on. They asked about my specific skills and areas I'm looking to develop. Also discussed what I could contribute and my unique approach. They inquired about my proficiency with AutoCad/Revit for creating construction documents (CDs) and my experience with Photoshop/InDesign for presentations.

I got referred and from submitting my resume to getting my offer, it was a great, easy, fun time. I got to meet 6 people, which gave me a good feel for the office culture. They asked good questions that were fitting and worked as a mutual chemistry check. I felt like they were trying to win me over and sell me on the role, while still pushing me to show my critical thinking and prove my experience.

I had multiple rounds of interviews, both in person and on the phone. I spoke to 3 team members at length, an HR manager, and several others more conversationally. Everyone was very generous with their time and answered all of my questions.
