First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Streamline Healthcare Solutions.
Software Test Engineer
The interview had two stages. First was an HR chat about my background, communication skills, and resume. Then, a technical interview that talked about manual testing, making test scenarios, the company, and real projects.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Describe a data-driven automation scenario.
- What were your roles and responsibilities in your last job?
SQL BI Developer
had a tech round with basic sql questions like differences and logic, but no actual query writing. then a manager round where they really dug into my experience, asking about my previous work with SQL, reporting, healthcare industry knowledge, familiarity with EDI transactions, general ledger reports, and accounting within healthcare. also asked some basic logical SQL questions.
- What is the difference between a scan index and a seek index?
Customer Success Manager
After the initial screening, I was supposed to meet with the hiring manager, but they were apparently busy. Instead, I ended up interviewing with two other Customer Success team members who hadn't even reviewed my resume. They seemed unsure about what to ask, which made for a really awkward experience. It felt like this company just wanted to waste people's time.
- Have you managed accounts before?
Solutions Consultant
I went through two rounds of interviews for this role. First, there was a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, I had a panel interview with the hiring manager and a director. They said I'd hear back in early June, but I didn't hear anything. I reached out to the recruiter again since I never got a rejection email or notification that my application was closed, but still heard nothing. It felt disrespectful and like they didn't consider my time and effort. At least a standard rejection email would have been professional.
- Can you explain how your previous experience makes you a good fit for this position?
