The interview was a bit of a letdown. The interviewer seemed to be just going through the motions, sticking to a script instead of really seeing if I was a good fit. They even had their camera off the whole time, which felt super impersonal and disengaged. It really gave me a bad vibe about the company culture and how things are run there. I tried my best to talk up my skills and what I've done, but it felt like they weren't really interested. When I followed up, it just confirmed my worries because I got a generic rejection email with no specific feedback. Honestly, this whole thing makes me hesitant about how they handle their hiring.

3 stage process. Initial interview. Interview with members of the team doing a roleplay client meeting. You are given a good brief and outlined outcomes required. Then an interview with the COO. Overall a quick process and gives a good idea of the role and culture etc.

I got in touch with Emily at the company after seeing the role posted, and she was really helpful. The first interview was a Zoom call where they asked typical questions for this type of job, like about being customer-focused, working with others, and SaaS experience. It was a friendly chat that put me at ease and let me be myself, showing me the company culture. The second interview was similar but a bit more formal. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because I lacked the specific experience needed, but it was a good process overall, and I learned a lot.
