It was a pretty chill interview. I got the feeling I wasn't the top pick, but they seemed to like me. Early on, I sensed it wasn't a good fit, and the questions got a bit pointed, like they thought they knew more than me. Maybe they were just using me to confirm their choices for other candidates.

The interview was great and mellow. It started with an introductory call where they explained the company. Then, there was a take-home exercise designed to test your knowledge and how you'd handle specific scenarios. After that, I had a relaxed but informative meeting with two of the current support specialists. This was followed by multiple rounds with teammates to assess my skills in certain areas. Overall, it was fine. I felt like everyone liked me except the CEO, unfortunately.

Behavioral Technical Other

So the interview process started out amazing. First, I had a phone screening with someone from the Customer Support team, and they were really easy to chat with. Later that day, I got an email to complete an activity, which took about an hour. Then I scheduled an on-site meeting with the team, all in the same week. During the on-site, I met with seven different people. I first met with the person who did my phone screening, then I did a little activity with an employee in the same department I was applying for. After that, I spoke with the only other employee who had the position I was going for. Then I had lunch with two other employees in that same department, talked to the head of the department, and finally, the CEO. Overall, the team seemed like a great group to work with. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. It also took them over a week to let me know, as they interviewed another group of people after me.
