The interview super day was a 2-hour exercise to solve problems an OCIO would perform. You get the word file on a flash drive and have to solve it all yourself. It’s pretty poorly written and you’re doing all the work that would be done through company paid software. The next day you have an interview with about 6 people or so from various positions within the firm. Some interviewers are really nice and others are there to grill you on finance questions from top bulge bracket firms they didn’t get hired at. You’ll be able to tell who is who right off the bat. You also get a tour of the building and the back office staff is really nice.

I had an on-campus interview, and then they flew me in for an in-office Super Day. The Super day had like 8 30-minute meetings, and they were all different. Some were interactive, and a couple were more technical. I met with a bunch of different people from the firm, like the CIO and some Analysts.
