The first interview was good, focusing on behavioral questions and asking for details about internships and skills. I spoke with a friendly senior analyst. Unfortunately, I didn't move to the next round because prior interns accepted full-time offers.

The interview process was really thorough about your past experiences and your knowledge of finance. If you bring up anything about your past jobs or finance knowledge, be ready to back it up and go into detail on it. They really want to make sure you know what you're talking about and aren't just making things up.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an on-campus interview, and then they flew me in for an in-office Super Day. The Super day had like 8 30-minute meetings, and they were all different. Some were interactive, and a couple were more technical. I met with a bunch of different people from the firm, like the CIO and some Analysts.

  • Could you answer a couple of technical questions, and also some questions about your interests and hobbies?

Nothing unusual about the process. Good group of people, though I didn't get an offer. I really enjoyed it though. They do a great job with 360 questions to identify suitability. They asked the usual top 50 questions.
