So there were 2 interviews total. First up was a phone interview, just to screen me and ask some basic stuff. Then the second one was on Zoom, where they dug deeper into my experience.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. As long as you don't seem like a total mess, there's a good chance you'll get the job, but there's a high turnover rate. They have no problem firing sales representatives. Their main focus is to hire as many sales reps as they can and then weed them out later. They are okay with this because you technically only get paid commission. There is NO BASE SALARY. You get paid $14 per hour, however, that money is then taken away from your commission at the end of the month. It's called a "draw" and this will be discussed in the interview, but they'll try to speed through it, hoping you don't realize the job is 100% commission-based.
