We'll start by chatting about the company and the various career paths available. Then, I'll get to know you better as a person and a potential employee. We'll also go over the specifics of the sales role and what it's like working here.
- Tell me about accomplishments you're proud of.
- How have you handled tough situations or challenges before?
- Can you talk about your resilience?

Had a nice initial phone screening where the recruiters did a good job explaining the role, company, and perks. The manager then invited me to the office to meet him and the team. However, upon arrival, I met a different manager instead of the one I spoke with on the phone. This manager initially ignored me, then asked basic questions about my experience and interest in recruiting. The majority of the conversation was spent by the manager trying to dissuade me from the role, highlighting the challenges, long hours, and rejection involved. Despite being advertised as entry-level, the interview suggested they were looking for someone more experienced.
- How do you handle rejection?

A recruiter from their LA office reached out via LinkedIn since I was looking for work. She messaged me and then called right away for a few quick questions and to set up a 1:1 in-person meeting with the director in their Boston office, which is in the WeWork across from South Station. Kristina in LA was professional and polite in setting up my interview with Albert. I found Albert difficult to engage with; he acted like he and others around him were different, on another level maybe, but he didn't treat anyone around him as equals, not the WeWork staff, his 'assistant', or myself during the interview process.
- Why were you so late today?
