Got an initial reach out from HR via a third-party email address. This led to an HR phone interview. About a week after that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another manager in a similar role. The interview was about 1 to 1.5 hours long. It seemed to go well and the feedback was positive. They asked about my availability for a quick start date (like 2 weeks). Even after I followed up a few times, it took them 4 to 5 weeks to make a decision. Seems like they could improve their hiring process communication.

I received an automated email from Stratasys asking for my availability for a phone call. This call was a pre-interview screening where they asked basic questions about my education, major, and why I chose them, plus a psychology question. After that, I was invited to the headquarters for an in-person interview. I met two people and they seemed eager to finish quickly for the holiday weekend. The questions were straightforward, mostly asking me to expand on my resume. They also inquired about my experience with 3D modeling and machinery, and my comfort level and interest in the internship tasks. I asked about the next steps and timeline, and got a vague answer about hoping to hire by early July. I sent several follow-up emails and made multiple phone calls over two weeks, but never got a response. I only found out I didn't get the position almost a month later by contacting HR.

I got two phone calls, they were pretty straightforward. The second call was mainly to understand my background and career aspirations a bit better. I received the first call on a Thursday evening in mid-November 2014, it lasted about 20 minutes. They mentioned I'd hear back the following week, but I haven't yet.
