I interviewed with 4-5 different managers and then interviewed with the VP. I found out they were only hiring in Chicago and I was remote elsewhere. I was disappointed because I spent a lot of time and energy on the process, including project management simulations. It would have been easier on everyone if they had set expectations initially.

I was recruited for an initial interview and quickly screened through to talk to a senior project manager, then asked onsite to interview with the Director, a couple of Operations managers, and a couple of project managers. The feedback I received was that I was a good fit for the company but probably not for the role, and was asked if I wanted to interview for a different position I was recommended for.

I got a call from a recruiter on Linked In. We spoke for 30 mins. Then I had a call with the VP of Client Services. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where I met 9 people. I met with the VP again, and then got an offer about 3 days later.
