Strand came to my university. I applied online through Handshake, and then they contacted me for an interview. I interviewed with one employee on campus. Then, I was emailed and offered a second interview at the company office. I interviewed with the main PE at the office, and then had a conference video interview with the Wisconsin office. Everyone was very nice and it was an overall very pleasant experience. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel very comfortable during the interview process.

I interviewed on campus after the career fair and then got invited for an on-site interview. I talked with the hiring manager, got a tour of the office, and then had a video call with the VP. It was a quick interview, but I got a good feel for the company.
