Project Manager
It was good, but it took a long time to complete the interview. It was a walk-in interview and it was average, not too difficult. They explained the nature of work and I asked them certain questions.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your strongest skills?
- Could you share details about your academic background?
Project Manager
I had a phone interview where they asked me about myself and some project management-related questions. They also asked about my education. After that, I was asked to complete an assessment which included an essay and an email writing part. I didn't get a clear answer on why I wasn't selected, and I'm not sure how the essay writing was relevant to a project management role.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Do you have experience with project management?
- Tell me about your educational background.
Project Manager
The interview process involved an initial HR interview, followed by a one-on-one with the hiring manager. We discussed salary and I received an offer letter within a month. Don't expect annual performance reviews. Work-life balance might be an issue, so make sure to check all employee benefits before accepting the offer.
- Given corrections from both the author and publisher, which ones would you prioritize?
