I applied at Strait for a fund accounting position. I went through 3-4 interviews and they said they wanted one last interview before making an offer. They set it up virtually, but when it was time, no one showed up and they didn't say anything or apologize. They rescheduled for a few weeks later and said the job would still be open. About a week after that, they called to say the position was filled. The interviewers seemed fake and smug, acting like it was a hassle to interview me.

This was an awful interview experience. The team was supposed to interview me but missed the first appointment and then were late the next week. They weren't prepared and forgot to introduce themselves. One interviewer was condescending and rude, and I knew he wouldn't be positive towards me from the start. The recruiter was nice and responsive, but the whole process felt like a waste of time and left a bad impression.
