Had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes long. It was okay, but there wasn't much real excitement. They said they'd decide about an in-person interview after talking with the regional sales manager. Ended up getting rejected without a specific reason. When I asked for feedback on how to improve for future applications, they didn't give a concrete answer, saying they didn't have time.

The process was very professional, friendly, and honest. First, I introduced myself, and then the company and the job were presented in detail. The atmosphere was consistently friendly and appreciative. There's nothing negative to report here. However, it was already agreed during the conversation that we would not be a good fit.
