The interview process was a complete waste. I wasn't selected for the final round because my salary expectations were too high for their current opening. This was surprising because it was discussed in the first round, and they should have known this from the very first round. It's a complete waste of time. If a recruiter is looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience for a low salary, they should at least inform the candidate in the first round. Giving such excuses after wasting a candidate's time for three different days is unacceptable.

The interview process was terrible. I was rejected in the final round, and they said my profile didn't match their current opening. Wouldn't you know if the profile was a match in the first round? It was a complete waste of my time. If they're looking for an exact profile match, they should mention it in the job description or at least confirm it in the first round. Using these excuses after wasting my time on three separate business days is unacceptable.
