The company has poor interviewing etiquette. The interviewer refused to turn on their camera despite mine being on, offering a vague explanation.

The interview had two technical rounds and then an HR round, and it all went well. I got to work as a Senior Developer, and both the offshore and onshore teams were super collaborative and helpful. But, when things got tough, the company's reliability and support weren't great.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was good and they only asked me technical questions, and the company seemed very friendly. The work environment was also good.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was a complete waste. I wasn't selected for the final round because my salary expectations were too high for their current opening. This was surprising because it was discussed in the first round, and they should have known this from the very first round. It's a complete waste of time. If a recruiter is looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience for a low salary, they should at least inform the candidate in the first round. Giving such excuses after wasting a candidate's time for three different days is unacceptable.

First, there was a telephonic round for basic communication and to check qualifications. Then, a technical round focusing on attribution analysis, price actions, and the impact of corporate actions on prices. After that, an onshore round which was more of an attitudinal screening with some simple technical questions. Finally, salary discussion and onboarding.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Telephonic round: assessing basic communication and qualifications.
  • Technical round covering attribution analysis, price actions, and the impact of corporate actions on prices.
  • Onshore round with attitudinal screening and a few simple technical questions.
