Behavioral Presentation

First, I had an interview with the Head of Talent, then an interview with the Sales Manager. After that, I did a presentation with the Sales team, VP of Sales, and Head of Talent. They were really interested in me and how I would fit in. It was unusual because they seemed genuinely happy to hear about my hobbies outside of work. They answered all my questions thoroughly. The interview concluded without a verbal offer or rejection, and I ended up being ghosted. I sent two follow-up emails with no response. Storyblok should at least have an automated reply system for candidates.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

I applied online and got an interview invite pretty quick. First, I had a 30min chat with the Head of Talent, which was relaxed and conversational, where I talked about my background, experience, current work, and salary expectations, basically selling myself. Then, I had a 30min interview with the Head of Sales, which was a bit tougher and more sales-focused. Next was a task, which was quite demanding in terms of effort and time. After the task, I had a 1hr presentation with the departmental team (senior SDR + manager). Then there's an interview feedback stage where you can give feedback on the process. Finally, the recruiter presents the Storyblok offer, and you can ask questions or share concerns.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really smooth. Storyblok's own recruiter reached out to chat about the job, learn about the company, and see if I was a good fit for the next steps. They explained the whole process clearly and kept communication open. The team at Storyblok was great and made me feel comfortable throughout.
