The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and manages the entire interview process, so you'll have a dedicated contact person throughout. Scheduling was smooth even with different time zones. The process includes a recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, a panel/case study interview to assess your approach and thinking, an AMA session with Senior Management, and finally a debrief call. The case study focuses on understanding your thought process, and it's good that there wasn't any overly scripted role-playing.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and heard back late September that they were busy and would contact me by the second week of October. I didn't hear anything until the third week of October, but then I got an interview. It was scheduled for Monday, but the interviewer cancelled last minute due to illness and promised to reschedule for later that week. By Friday, I hadn't heard back, so I emailed them. They replied saying they'd changed the role and I was now too senior. Disappointing, given how long the role was advertised. A couple of weeks later, I got an email from the interviewer asking why I missed our call. I was confused and reminded them about their cancellation email and that the role was now too junior for me. They apologized, saying that last email was sent to the wrong person. The whole hiring process was very disorganized and messy, which doesn't leave a good impression of the company.

This company seems really unorganized and can't even get their internal goals straight. They ended up wasting my time for months, cycling through different HR people, and made me do a long assignment and presentation. While the people were nice, they don't seem to know how to scale their business or what skills are actually needed to build processes. It felt like they just wanted me to do the legwork so they could take my ideas. The whole experience was pretty off-putting and makes me think the leadership really needs some direction to be effective.
