This interview wasn't standard. They're less concerned with your resume and more about understanding your personality and what you bring to the table. Be prepared for unconventional discussions at a higher level than usual. I had one-on-one meetings with top executives, followed by sessions with groups of managers, and also spent time with team members in a casual, social setting. The whole point is to reveal your true character to make sure the right people are hired.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then I had to do an online assessment before the onsite. At the onsite, I met two sales managers and someone who reviewed my online assessment. The interview was pretty standard, mostly going over my background, which was much more detailed than the interviewers'. My assessment results put me in the top 1% of candidates. The company seemed to be mostly millennials and has way more reviews than employees. Something just felt off at the office, like a cult I couldn't join.

It was a 3 step process. Phone and 2 virtual interviews. They make sure you’re skilled in phone presentation and understanding problem solving. They describe the job and it’s a great remote opportunity.
