First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stormont Vail Health.
Registered Nurse
The interview process was straightforward and pretty easy. It started with a phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting with the recruiters, and then a final in-person interview with the nurse manager for the unit. It was a simple and quick process.
- What are your greatest weaknesses?
Registered Nurse
I got a call from HR right away, and the person was really nice and chill. They told me I needed to apply for each job I was into, and the specific units would reach out if they wanted to interview me. I ended up getting interviews with four different units. The system they use doesn't give updates, so I had to keep calling HR to check on things. After each interview, I didn't hear anything about where I stood.
- Can you describe a situation where you faced conflict and how you handled it?
Registered Nurse
I heard back about my application in under a week for an HR interview. It was super chill and the person interviewing me was really nice.
- What made you get into nursing?
