The interview process involved a group of hiring managers from nearly every department, all in a single interview. It was a bit nerve-wracking but generally a good experience.

The interview process was very awkward with terrible questions. Recruiters didn't seem prepared and didn't give me much to work off of for discussing my resume or letting them get to know me. They didn't seem eager to fill the position(s). I thought it went well at first because I seemed to have ticked every box for the position. They proceeded to ghost me anyways.

Behavioral Technical

The first step was a chat with HR for some general questions. After that, I had an interview with the department. I had to take a basic medical terminology test and also pass a drug screen. It seems like there isn't much job-specific training provided, and honestly, the staff can be a bit distant at first until you're more settled in.

Had an initial phone call with the practice manager. Then had a follow up via audio-only Skype. It was very limiting and seemed off, with a lack of flow. It was quite different from the initial call. Didn't get any follow up info from the team that interviewed me.
