The interview process at STORD was great. The startup, transparent, and close-knit culture was evident with every person that I interviewed with. The interview process was: a 30-minute phone intro with the recruiter, a 30-minute phone interview with the Sales Team Lead, a 45-minute Zoom call with the VP of Sales, and a 45-minute Zoom call with a Project Manager. Each call involved questions regarding my experience, the team at STORD, and how my experience would transfer to a role with STORD. What was different (and refreshing) about the interview process at STORD was the consistent transparency around the hiring timeline, the open conversation with the leadership team about the sales strategy and future direction of the team, and the flexibility of the hiring team. I had a competing offer on the table over the holiday season, and they managed to internally align quickly and extend an offer. Great experience overall!

The whole interview thing took a few weeks but they were always talking to me and were upfront about everything. My recruiter kept me in the loop about what I'd be asked and even gave me some pointers. I was really impressed with how organized they were. Part of it was about company culture and core values, and I met people who weren't even on my potential team. They wanted to make sure I'd be a good fit for the company vibe.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was well-organized and professional. All the interviewers were prepared and paid attention. This was the first interview process that was conducted entirely over Zoom, but it still felt like I was there in person. I asked a lot of questions and tried to lead the conversation with many questions I had prepared beforehand.
