I heard back about a week after applying online and got called in for an interview. First, I had a short 15-minute chat with the nurse recruiter. She asked around 3 behavioral questions and then talked a lot about the hospital. Right after, I met with the manager of the floor I applied to. She mainly explained what the floor was like and asked me 2 behavioral questions. A week later, they scheduled an interview with the clinicians on the floor. They went over the orientation process and asked me some specific questions about my resume. Everyone was really nice and I felt comfortable during the interviews.

A couple of weeks after applying, I got a call from a recruiter who set up an interview with the nurse manager. The nurse manager and another nurse interviewed me over the phone. I think it went well, and they talked about orientation and hours at the end. The nurse mentioned I should hear back in about a week. After waiting a week and two days, I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter and am currently waiting to hear back.

I submitted an application online and a week or two later, I got a call scheduling an interview. The interview was with the Nurse Recruiter and the Unit Manager. It went well, but about 7 days after, I got an email saying the candidate pool was very competitive and I didn't get the job.
