The process was excellent, very fast, and thorough. It's challenging, and the company is great, which raised my expectations and made me a bit nervous. There was more than one interview, tests, and practical follow-ups. It's excellent for self-discovery too.

We started with a group dynamic activity. Then, I had a chat with the field supervisor. That's where the issue arose. He asked if I had kids, and as soon as I said yes, his whole attitude changed. I had the experience and what they were looking for, but thankfully they didn't hire me because I have children. Can you imagine how abusive that place is?

It was a 7-stage process. The first 3 stages were logic and motivational tests. The 4th stage was an online group interview with the recruiter, where we had to solve a problem as a group. It was very cool, and 15 minutes later, they contacted me saying I was moving to the next stage. The 5th stage was an interview with the Polo leader. It was a very horizontal and relaxed conversation, lasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The next day, they informed me I passed. The 6th stage was a test drive (route test), which was a great experience, although I had to cover my own food expenses. I got a positive response the following day. The 7th stage was an interview with the District Manager 'Leonardo'. It was quite calm, despite some intrusive questions, but I managed to answer them all and develop myself well. After the final interview, it took them about a week to get back to me, saying I wasn't selected, with no explanation, after a 1 month and 10-day selection process. I politely emailed asking if there was a specific reason, but they didn't respond. It was a period of high expectations, thrown away without explanation.
