A empresa está de parabéns por saber enxergar o melhor do candidato. Passei pelas quatro etapas, incluindo uma rota externa, mas não passei na última entrevista. Fui contatado pelo RH via whatsapp sobre o interesse na vaga. Depois de 4 dias, uma recrutadora ligou e fez uma entrevista rápida. Com 5 dias de espera, fui informado que passaria para uma entrevista com um líder pelo Zoom. No mesmo dia dessa entrevista, recebi a tarefa de fazer uma rota teste no dia seguinte. Após a rota teste, 3 dias depois tive a última entrevista com um líder, que nem era da área da vaga anunciada. Essa entrevista foi totalmente diferente das outras, mais como um interrogatório intimidador. A empresa parece ser boa, mas é preciso ter cuidado com os entrevistadores, pois podem perder bons profissionais com pessoas despreparadas que não representam a cultura da empresa. Recebi uma resposta negativa.

The interview process started with a phone call, then moved to an in-person meeting (this was before the pandemic). It felt very empathetic, like they really cared about the candidate and gave feedback quickly. The in-person interview was dynamic and the unit manager ran it really well. I got feedback the next day, but I had to decline because of the pandemic starting, as I couldn't leave my other job in the lurch.
