Fui chamada para outra entrevista nessa empresa e de novo a experiência foi péssima. A recrutadora me mandou mensagem pelo WhatsApp chamando para uma entrevista, eu confirmei e ela me respondeu OITO dias depois marcando uma data. Aceitei participar da entrevista porque estou precisando de um emprego, mas já achei o ápice da humilhação essa falta de tato com os candidatos. A conversa foi bem agradável e descontraída mas por fim fui informada de que não tinha nada a ver com a vaga, sendo que as informações que eu forneci na entrevista eram as mesmas do meu currículo kkk se eu já não tinha o "perfil" e as experiências necessárias, porque quando meu currículo foi lido eu já não fui descartada??? Achei uma total perda de tempo e falta de respeito. Depois de alguns dias da entrevista recebi outra mensagem da mesma pessoa falando "oi, tudo bem?", eu respondi e nunca mais tive retorno (fazem quase 3 semanas). Então, nas minhas duas experiências com a empresa pude perceber que a parte de recrutamento é totalmente desorganizada e não respeita os candidatos.
