The selection process was online and lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter made me feel very comfortable. It was more of a chat. They asked about my previous experiences, why I want to work for the company, a failure case and what I learned from it, a case where my manager gave me positive feedback. They asked what would hinder me in the work environment, if I'm comfortable chatting with multiple clients simultaneously, as the company handles up to 5 clients at once via chat.

RH interview tests, questions about previous experiences, challenges with the area, a very relaxed chat. Manager interview, talks about your goals, objectives, it's important to have the company's pillars well defined, as you will be questioned. This phase is more difficult.
