Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stone.
Sales Executive
The application and pre-evaluation stages were handled by the Gupy platform. The main part of the process was an interview via WhatsApp with artificial intelligence, where I had to send audio responses. After that, I didn't hear back.
- Tell me about past experiences with cases.
Account Executive
The process was clear but took a while. In the second stage, there's a sales pitch. You need to study the competitors because they ask about them, and questions about the future and your education are also extremely important.
- Tell me about yourself
- Sales pitch
- What are your thoughts on the future and your education?
Account Executive
- Could you tell me about your experiences in the field and your professional background?
