I applied to Stitch Fix on Indeed and was offered an interview almost immediately. The day before, I was told it would take an hour. Turns out, there were 20 candidates and only two interviewers, and we were somewhat separated from the actual employees. I was on time but one of the last to be interviewed. The interviewer seemed tired and rushed the questions. I was out quickly with a minimal goodbye. Two days later, I got a rejection letter, which was disappointing given my warehouse management experience and degree.

When I got there, they led me to a waiting room where a slideshow about StitchFix was playing. It was useful, giving info on insurance and different teams. Soon after, I had my interview. I was supposed to bring two copies of my resume, but they just pulled mine up on a laptop. The interviewer seemed a little disorganized, but I figured she was new to interviewing. After some questions and me asking about the job and environment, she explained the main things about Stitch Fix. The interview was pretty relaxed and open.

After signing in, I waited to meet my interviewer, the Supply/Facility Supervisor. He asked me questions while typing my answers on a laptop. I asked about a Warehouse Supervisor position posted shortly after I applied for the Associate role. He mentioned I'd need to reapply online but kept highlighting my management experience. The interview lasted about 20 minutes, and then I was directed to wait for a second interview with a Warehouse Manager. She asked similar questions and also discussed the supervisor role, mentioning an associate who was promoted after applying for it three weeks later. She also commented on my management background. At the end, I was informed of the pay rate and told I'd hear back within 48 hours.
