Technical Coding

Went through a couple of interview rounds. First was with the hiring manager, focusing on my background. Then a technical round with some SQL questions that were on the easier side. I was then sent an email about availability for an onsite round, but unfortunately, I was rejected before that could happen. The whole hiring process was quite frustrating, especially since the hiring managers weren't responsive to emails throughout.

Behavioral Technical

My interview experience with Stitch Fix was quite negative. I felt they didn't respect the time and effort candidates put in. I spent a lot of time preparing, even during my exams, and they decided not to proceed due to a technicality they should have anticipated. On the positive side, the conversations with the interviewers were interesting and enjoyable. I just wish the process had been more professional regarding their handling of interviews and candidate time.

It started with an HR screen, then a manager screen, and after that a technical interview. Then there was a panel interview with four interviewers, which included two technical parts. Everyone I talked to was nice and ready for the interviews.
