The interview process was quite involved. I started by shadowing an employee virtually. Then, I had two interviews back-to-back. I wasn't familiar with the company's product and didn't perform great on the application's test questions. I felt like they weren't very keen on me from the start, so I'm unsure why they proceeded with the interview. Despite having a lot of customer service experience, I didn't get the job. The employee I shadowed also mentioned that raises are only cost-of-living adjustments, which I find surprising.

So you apply online and gotta fill out some mock answers for customer complaints. Then, like, 3 weeks later, they email you to set up a phone interview, which lasts about 30 mins. After that, they email again to set up an in-person interview at their Austin office. This was seriously the BEST interview ever! When I got there, they assigned me a mentor to show me around and tell me about the perks and the job. My mentor was super nice and patient with all my questions! They had a nacho bar for interviewees and let us grab any food or drink from the office (which is a lot). After meeting everyone, I got to shadow a customer service worker for 30 mins. Then, you go to your interview. Two people interviewed me (a lead and a manager) for 30 mins. Afterwards, you can chat more with your mentor if you have more questions. They gave us a cookie and a pen on the way out. Super easy, really fun and comfortable.

I applied online and heard back quickly. I had to do a writing test, and after that, they scheduled my onsite interview. We met at the downtown Austin office. First, I was shadowed by a Client Experience agent for 30 minutes to see what the job is like day-to-day. Then I met with another person and answered some behavioral questions. After that, I met with someone else who reviewed my writing and gave me some tips. It was a pretty straightforward interview, and everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable.
