Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stinson.
Summer Associate
Campus OCI was how I applied. It was a really fast process, maybe 20 minutes total to chat and ask anything. I applied through the campus job board. I spoke with one partner and one associate. Didn't really have a lot of time to talk.
- What hobbies do you have outside of work?
Associate
There was one initial chat with the department head, then a long interview with other partners. It took ages to hear back between the interviews, a really slow and inefficient process overall. This place is tough to get into if you have any scheduling conflicts.
- What makes you want to be a part of Stinson?
Summer Associate
The interview process was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone at Stinson was communicative and followed through on their commitments. The attorneys I spoke with were all really nice, relatable, and open about their own experiences.
- What are your expectations for big law interview questions?
- Were there any curveball questions?
