Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stifel Financial.
Client Service Associate
Had a phone interview with HR at HQ, then an in-office interview. The phone one was pretty easy, mostly background stuff. The in-office one was more in depth.
- What are your long-term aspirations with this company?
Client Service Associate
So there were four interviews total. The first one was kinda semi-formal with behavioral questions. The second was with the advisor I'd be working with, and the third was with the whole team. The last one was with a manager who I'd report to. All the interviews were pretty personality-focused, which made me a bit nervous still.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- What makes you want to work in client services?
- Tell me about your client service experience.
Client Service Representative
Good interview process, it went a couple rounds. Depending on who your hiring manager is will determine how fast you'll get promoted. It's a very quiet office, so if you're looking for an environment where colleagues are between 20-30, this isn't the place.
- Can you tell me about a challenging situation you faced and how you handled it?
