The job posting said all applicants would get a response in two days. I applied and a couple of weeks later got an email for a HackerRank programming test for StickerMule. I finished the test well within the time limit, and then several weeks later got a generic rejection email. No one from StickerMule ever contacted me directly. I found out later that StickerMule's CEO has said some public things I don't agree with, so I guess it's good I didn't get the job. I wouldn't suggest applying.

So after I applied, I got an instant reply from HR with a hacker rank test link. It was 90 minutes but really only needed like 30 minutes and wasn't even a senior level question. Then radio silence until HR emailed me super late with a generic response and a coupon for their services. No follow up. It was kinda weird, but I wasn't that into the company anyway, mostly curious if I'd get the sticker coupon. I did!

I applied and a few days later got an invite for a HackerRank coding challenge. The challenge was pretty easy, mostly a math problem about calculating discounts using a formula, and it seemed like the same one given to Full Stack Engineer applicants. I finished the assessment, but after a few days, I got the usual rejection email saying they'd found other candidates, along with a $50 credit. It seems like these roles might not even be open, which is a bit of a time-waster.
