The interview process was remote and pretty straightforward. They seem to really value candidates who are very comfortable with technology. While I'm generally tech-savvy, I might struggle with specific file formats like JPEGs, for example.

Only went through the first round of the interview process. Phone call (no video) and pretty standard interview questions. One thing that stood out to me is that they require mandatory overtime one weekend a month. The interviewer could not answer my more in-depth questions about the role because she said that she is just screening and the second round is with Customer Service higher-ups. I did send a thank you follow-up email and only got a generic "no-reply" rejection email, which felt odd considering I had the interviewer's contact information and would have liked to ask for some feedback. Also, do yourself a favor (or don't depending on how much you want to put into this job) take a look at their Twitter to see how they publically respond to customer complaints. Not very professional at all.

I first filled out the application online, which took me about 45 minutes to complete. The questions were about the website and the company. Then, I had a 30-minute phone interview. They made it sound like I had the job, but a few days later, I got a generic email saying they chose another candidate. They offered me a $50 credit for their website if I created an account first. It felt like a scam, and I think they were using interviews as marketing to get people to buy from them.
