The initial phone call went smoothly with a friendly and competent recruiter asking relevant questions. Afterwards, I received a callback and was told to prepare for a 2-hour interview. This second interview was also with friendly managers, and while 2 hours is long, it wasn't a problem. The issue with SThree is the lack of notification about not proceeding to the next round. Only after inquiring was a standard email sent. It's disrespectful to waste several hours of one's life like that. I don't even want to think about how their external placement clients are treated...

The process can differ for each person, but for me, it started with an interview with the management team. After that, they introduced me to team members for panel and group interviews. There was also a lunch meeting, a cold-calling test, and an office tour to meet various brands and team members to get a feel for the company culture.

I had an HR interview that seemed to go well, but my experience interviewing with different brands within the company was mixed. With one brand, I had to wait almost an hour in reception. When I finally got an interview, the interviewer was quite rude, almost shouting questions and making awkward faces, which made me feel the company wasn't a good fit. This office was in Soho. However, other brands located in the city were much better. After a short 5-minute wait, I was interviewed by three people who seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. Despite the positive interactions with some brands, the initial negative experience, especially the first interview, left a bad impression. I expected a more consistent vibe across the company, but that wasn't the case.
