I had two interview rounds, and they both went well, including one with the client. Unfortunately, the HR department seemed uninterested in continuing with the hiring process. The way HR managed the hiring was awful—they showed no respect for candidates and no sense of value. My advice: Avoid interviewing with them if you don't want to waste your time. They don't take candidates seriously and just go through the motions.

This was a more traditional interview for a tenured developer. It was somewhat technical and focused on legacy technologies. They are currently trying to shift to modern tech, but there's not much hands-on experience with that from the manager or developers. It was a laid-back interview that didn't go too deep and just tested the basics. It seemed like a place with limited growth opportunities, mostly just a steady stream of work.

They told me that they want 10 years experienced people but during the interview they were asking questions for 2 years experienced people and after giving correct answers with scenario based they still rejected and disqualified me. Very worst interview experience.
