Behavioral Presentation

There were 2 rounds of interviews. First, I met with a manager. Then, I met with some district personnel. The interview isn't difficult if you are friendly and a diligent employee. This job is very fast-paced, so be ready for that.

So there are 2 interviews. First, you talk to the shop manager, then the district manager. If that all goes well, they'll need a drug test from you and will run a background check.

Behavioral Technical

The first interview is with the store manager for the location you are applying to, mostly about your resume and application, and if you can pass a background/drug test. The second interview is with a higher-up, a district manager in my case. However, the DM forgot about me. I drove an hour to the district HQ, waited 20+ minutes while associates tried to find him. Then I drove over an hour to another store location where he and another manager were ready and waiting for me. The interview lasted about five minutes, with two questions about my professional background and one about the drug test, and then I was dismissed.
