It was a panel interview, with a few stages. I got an offer after just 2 rounds. They asked general nursing questions and talked about scenarios. I interviewed with nurse managers and hospital execs. This place really values teamwork.

Behavioral

The hiring process was straightforward and laid-back. The managers gave us a tour of the unit. The application was simple and onboarding was well organized. Orientation, however, was chaotic. A rude staff member made us use computers for training that could have been done at home. It felt like being back in grade school. I hope things improve after the hospital is acquired.
