Analyst
I was actively recruited for a role here. During the hiring process, I spoke with several people from the company at different stages. They told me I'd get an official offer letter and info on benefits and insurance. But, even after I followed up, they never sent the promised documents. When I asked the recruiter about it, they said they'd check with HR and get back to me. They never did. I had a bad feeling about the company from Glassdoor reviews, and it turns out I was right. Now I'm adding my own negative review. The lack of follow-through and transparency from the recruiting team was disappointing and makes me question the company's professionalism and integrity. This is a warning to other job seekers: research potential employers carefully, even if they recruit you, and expect clear communication and accountability from the hiring company. I hope this helps others avoid the same frustrating experience.
- If hired as a subject matter expert for one product, would you be open to working on others as well?
IT Support
I arrived 15 minutes early and the person I'd be replacing, who was retiring, walked me in and wished me luck. I met with the IT group's supervisor who didn't ask much, mostly just talked about himself and his perfectionism. Honestly, I was more prepared than he was and ended up asking most of the questions. All his points circled back to his strict management style and high standards. After about 30 minutes of that, I met with another IT team member, maybe the second in command, who actually did ask some questions. However, they were very open-ended, and I had no clue how they set up their gear. In total, I was asked 3 questions. I had over 40 questions I could have answered based on how the interview went. I also learned about their executives, board members, hiring trends, and company growth.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- What steps would you take if you received a call about a printer not printing?
- How would you handle a trouble ticket indicating a monitor is not working?

The interview process took about 2 to 3 weeks. It started with a technical round. After a week, I was invited for an in-person one-on-one interview at the office. Five people interviewed me, including a VP and Director, each for about 30 minutes. They assessed my BI reporting expertise. A week later, there was one final group panel interview where I had to present screenshots of dashboards I'd previously created.
- Technical Round: Explain the 3-tier Architecture. What distinguishes QlikView from QlikSense? What do you know about other BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI? Describe the Apps deployment procedure in QlikSense. Any Nprinting questions?
- VP and Senior Management Round: Tell us about your background and give us an introduction. How have you worked directly with End users? What challenges have you encountered? What are your long term goals? We explained our current workflow and wanted to know if you could suggest any resolutions or best practices to improve it.
- For the group panel interview, please show some screenshots of previous Dashboards you developed and be prepared for questions as a group.
ACO Manager
Had a short 30-minute interview. The interviewer mentioned he had another commitment in 30 minutes and needed to finish up quickly, which gave a strong first impression of a supervisor who prioritizes their own time over yours. He asked follow-up questions that didn't seem to assess my suitability for the role. He wasn't friendly, his interest seemed fake, and when I asked questions, he just read from the job description instead of explaining the job's expectations in detail. I'm not sure why I was interviewed since it didn't seem important, it felt like a waste of time for both of us, and it made it clear I wouldn't want to report to him.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- How does your experience align with the requirements of this role?
- What motivates you to seek employment with our organization?
