It was a pretty standard interview, they asked typical questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why you wanna work here'. Since I had a lot of extracurriculars in high school, they asked about that. I used that chance to talk about my time management and teamwork skills from stuff like soccer and the newspaper club. The interview was over in about 15 minutes and they hired me right then. Dressing formally really helped show I was serious about the job.

I met with Rina, who walked me through the whole interview process. Everything seemed to be going well until she told me I'd have to cut my long hair because of their grooming policy (I'm a guy). She hinted I'd get the job if I did. I came back a week later, after cutting my hair and making that sacrifice, but she never offered me the position. It was incredibly disappointing and a terrible experience. It felt like she was messing with me, taking advantage, and then pulling the rug out from under me. It was unethical.
