It was really good! The vibe was super relaxed. I really enjoyed it and would definitely suggest it to others. It's a fantastic place to work because they have this awesome family feel that's great for employees.
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences?
Bakery Team Member
The interview process was easy and super fast. It was quick to get scheduled, and they were very accommodating to my availability. The job duties were explained clearly. The training involved was easy and fast. It seemed like a nice place to work.
- What is your motivation for seeking this position?
Cashier
It was a pretty standard interview, they asked typical questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why you wanna work here'. Since I had a lot of extracurriculars in high school, they asked about that. I used that chance to talk about my time management and teamwork skills from stuff like soccer and the newspaper club. The interview was over in about 15 minutes and they hired me right then. Dressing formally really helped show I was serious about the job.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with us?
- Please name three qualities that define you.
Front End Cashier
The hiring and interview process is quick and efficient, as long as you don't need much vacation time in your first three months if hired. You can apply online or at the HR office. A drug test is part of the process, so have various IDs ready for that and maybe the interview. If you can, try to know someone already working there and mention their name if asked if you were recommended. This makes you look better for hiring, and they get $100 if you're hired.
- When faced with a situation, how would you decide between putting store policies, customer needs, or your personal comfort first?
