Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty simple and felt like a chat. It kicked off with a phone chat where the recruiter asked about my background in logistics operations and freight coordination. They were curious about my experience with tracking shipments, helping with inbound and outbound freight, and working alongside transportation teams. The interviewer also threw in some situational questions about how I'd deal with delays, talk to drivers, and make sure shipments stayed on track. All in all, the process really focused on problem-solving, how I communicate, and my experience in logistics coordination.

I applied for something else but they referred me for this Account Manager role. The next week, another recruiter talked to me. Then, that same week, I was supposed to meet the hiring manager on site. But on my way, I got an email with a ZOOM link, and I was only 2 minutes away! I pulled over and they told me to just come in. I met the hiring manager and it went well. The recruiter walked me out and said they'd decide in a few days. Over a week later, they emailed saying they picked someone else. I really think they'd already decided. That's why the last-minute ZOOM invite when I was already there.

Technical Behavioral Case

First, I applied online. HR called me about two days later for a phone interview the next day. That call was the typical 'where did you work before, what did you like, and why did you leave.' Then, it went quiet for almost a week. After that, I got an email with the official application and an interview invite. They scheduled it without asking me first, but I called and got it changed. The in-person interview was a four-part thing: a tough Excel test, an HR interview, a two-person interview with the Alliance division, and a one-on-one with the Company ops director. They took another two weeks to get back to me with a low salary offer, which I declined. I countered with a higher number, and they took four days to accept it. Then, they had me come back again for two more interviews with the same people.
