IT Project Manager
Applied on the company web site in early November; the recruiter reached out within two weeks to set up the first interview. After talking with her for about thirty minutes, she set up a call with the hiring manager. Within a week, I had interviews three and four. Ultimately, I wasn't selected for the role, but the recruiter provided solid feedback, and the entire process was about six weeks (two weeks over the Christmas holiday). I was very impressed with the professionalism of the recruiter and will apply to future roles at STERIS.

- Can you describe your project management experience?
Project Manager
So, it was a pretty simple process. I had an interview with the head of HR. They asked me about my past experiences and my reasons for wanting to join the company. I think I was a bit nervous, and that might be why I didn't get a callback.
