So they do a quick phone interview first, and then if they like you, they schedule an in-person interview. They ask behavioral questions, so definitely prep for those. At the end of my in-person interview, they said they'd let me know in two weeks, but they actually called me back in just two days, which was awesome. Super fast decision making!
